Teaching license

I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in May of 2009. I am contemplating going back to school to get a degree in English education and was informed by an advisor from Iowa that I could just enroll in a TEP program in order to get my teaching license. Is this offered through Grand View? If so, how long does it take, and how can I apply? Thank you!

Re: Teaching license

We do have a Teacher Licensure Program.  It is not an accelerated degree program.  Typically, it takes our students four semesters minimum to complete.  It helps if the undergrad degree is in the teaching area.   You can apply at www.grandview.edu. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any questions. 515.263.2810. Good Luck!
