BA in psych wanting BA in ed or maters 

I graduated from GVC in 2005 with a degree in psychology and minor in sociology. I am now interested in pursuing either a BA in education, most likely in art or consumer sciences. I'm unsure what route to take in this, if I need to take courses before pursuing a Masters or if I can just jump into a Master in Ed, with the degree I have as of now. I also want to make sure that if I choice to continue my education to Doctoral level that my degree will transfer to other colleges and universities. I'd also like to know how it takes to teach psychology at a 2yr and 4yr college. I would love anyone's input on a good path for me to follow, and job outlook for a Masters in Education. Thanks for any help you can offer!
